Visa Checkout Integration Manual was a product assignment to standardize and create a manual for on-boarding online merchants with Visa Checkout.
For this project, I played a supporting role. I was tasked with formatting current Visa Checkout implementation for the guidelines, specifically on button integration, payment UX processes, and product placement. I was also responsible for outputting the final manual for both internal and external usage.

Merchants were having a hard time onboarding to Visa Checkout because they were being providing with incorrect assets and integration solutions. This problem was leading to bug issues on merchant websites and causing damage to Visa-client relationships.
To remedy this situation, my team and I wanted to create an integration manual to optimize the onboarding process for our internal partners and clients, and to standardize usage and implementations of Visa Checkout.
- Compiling all known Visa Checkout implementations and creating an easy-to-use manual for sales and integration teams to share with client
- Educating internal partners in the basics of the Visa Checkout standards and helping to fix incorrect merchant implementations
